We had a great experience at Step Inn Guesthouse! The location was perfect, great to explore the city easily. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a warm and cute atmosphere. The room wasnice and neat, providing a cozy place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor terrace where we could relax and socialize with other guests. The free coffee, tea, and filtered water were a nice touch, keeping us hydrated throughout our stay. we highly recommend Step Inn Guesthouse for budget-conscious backpackers looking for excellent value and a pleasant stay.

The staff at the guesthouse were really friendly and helpful, always willing to answer our questions and provide information about local attractions. The communal space was also a great feature, allowing us to hang out with other guests, watch movies, and have a chat. Plus, the free towels and tea and coffee were a nice touch.

The small rooms were a real downside. They got extremely hot quickly, and even with the fan provided, it wasn't enough to keep us cool.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este hotel. La habitación en la que nos alojamos era espaciosa, limpia y tenía una decoración encantadora. Además, nos sorprendió gratamente la amplitud de las instalaciones del hotel, con una zona de restauración muy amplia y una bonita terraza donde pasar el rato. Además, esta ciudad cuenta con numerosos restaurantes y tiendas en el distrito financiero, por lo que fue muy conveniente para nosotros.

Stayed at Step Inn Guesthouse for a few days to explore the city. The room was decent for the price and the location was perfect, within walking distance to China Town and the Botanical Gardens. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the communal areas were a nice place to relax. Loved the free wifi and water filter, and the water pressure in the bathrooms was great. a pleasant stay with great value for money.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and amazing. The bathrooms were the best and cleanest in Malaysia. Great vibe and location, close to bars and great food. Convenient location near public transport and attractions. Love the laundry service provided.

The kitchen was a bonus, providing free toast in the morning and coffee and tea throughout the day. The staff was helpful and polite, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location was central and convenient, with Chinatown, the central market, and the twin towers within walking distance. a chill place with friendly people and plenty of socializing space.
